DELIVERY is FREE in Canada on orders of $ 250 or more.
If you do not want to pay shipping costs, you can come and pick up your purchase in the store by selecting "Pick up in store" when the time comes to choose a shipping method.
Shipping costs to the United States are $ 35. Boutique Unicorn is not responsible for customs fees and shipping complications that may be related to them.
The SALE, PROMOTION and SECOND HAND items are FINAL SALES. On the other hand, if you are not completely satisfied with your online purchase, and it was purchased at regular price, simply send it back to us for an exchange or refund.
UNICORN only accepts returns within 14 days of the date of purchase. The item must be returned in its original condition, new (never worn) and with all the labels. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. All jewelry, swimwear, beauty products, lingerie and sale items are final sales and cannot be returned. Returns must be sent prepaid. Please include a note explaining the reason for your return. We are not responsible for packages lost or sent to the wrong address.
Sales items, lingerie, beauty product, accessories, jewelry and swimwear are FINAL SALE. An authorized exchange on regular priced items if not worn, within 10 days with the original receipt and tags. NO REFUNDS. NO PRICE ADJUSTEMENT

UNICORN will refund customers with the same payment method used during the original purchase. Returns are made upon receipt of the goods. You will receive a confirmation by email when your exchange or return is made. In the event that the goods cannot be exchanged, we will refund you.
