DELIVERY is FREE in Canada on orders of $ 125 or more.
If you do not want to pay shipping costs, you can come and pick up your purchase in the store by selecting "Pick up in store" when the time comes to choose a shipping method.
The SALE and PROMOTION items are FINAL SALES. On the other hand, if you are not completely satisfied with your online purchase, and it was purchased at regular price, simply send it back to us for an exchange or refund.
UNICORN only accepts returns within 14 days of the date of purchase. The item must be returned in its original condition, new (never worn) and with all the labels. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. All jewelry, swimwear, lingerie and sale items are final sales and cannot be returned. Returns must be sent prepaid. Please include a note explaining the reason for your return. We are not responsible for packages lost or sent to the wrong address.

UNICORN will refund customers with the same payment method used during the original purchase. Returns are made upon receipt of the goods. You will receive a confirmation by email when your exchange or return is made. In the event that the goods cannot be exchanged, we will refund you.
